  3. Coordination and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with other government departments, NGOs, and international organizations to ensure a multi-sectoral approach to women’s development.
    • Collaborate with civil society organizations to raise awareness about women’s rights and gender equality.
  4. Legal Assistance and Social Protection
    • Provide legal aid and counseling services to women affected by violence, harassment, or discrimination.
    • Establish crisis centers and shelters to support women facing domestic violence or abuse.
  5. Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor the effectiveness of policies and programs aimed at women’s development.

  8. Research and Data Collection
    • Conduct research and collect data on the status of women in Balochistan to inform future policy and program decisions.
    • Publish reports and studies on women’s issues and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
  9. Promotion of Women’s Participation
    • Encourage and facilitate women’s participation in political, economic, and social decision-making processes.
    • Support initiatives that increase women’s representation in leadership positions within government and society.
  10. Regulation and Enforcement
    • Ensure the implementation of laws and policies related to women’s protection and gender equality.
    • Monitor compliance with international commitments such as CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women).
